Downtime at Zennor Sounds

Zennor Sounds has four double ensuite bedrooms. The spacious sea view master is a great space for lounging and dreaming with a superking bed, mezzanine, writing desk, swing chair, record player and lovely yellow bath. This room can also be set up for writing and recording with tie-lines to the studio.

The open plan living space has a stylish log burner and comfortable seating areas for drinking, eating and hanging out. Table football, books and board games, or the much loved local pub next door The Tinners are perfect for any downtime. The room is also suitable for expanding the recording spaces of the building with a Yamaha U1 upright piano.

Zennor Sounds also has a large garden with a stream for sundowner BBQs.

The landscape

Zennor Sounds is nestled in the ancient granite landscape of West Penwith, dotted with standing stones and Neolithic settlements which inspired the artists who have been drawn here for generations. This is a wild and unspoilt place.

A short walk down to Zennor Head reveals vast blue views of the sometimes tranquil, sometimes raging seas. Arguably Cornwall’s most epic stretch of coast path heads east from here to the galleries and bustle of St Ives and west to Cape Cornwall via the excellent watering hole, The Gurnard’s Head.
